Col McPherson Community Service Award.
 Duncan McPherson presented the Col McPherson Community Service Award to Judy Stedman. Judy Stedman is Cub Scout Leader at 1st Baulkamaugh Scout Group, a position she has held since 1991.
Judy has given a total of 43 years service to scouting and has received the Silver Wattle and Silver Koala Awards from the Scout Association for distinguished service.
Judy responded by saying she enjoys seeing the development of the youth over the years and finds it most rewarding.
Jack Duncan vocational service award.
 The Jack Duncan Vocational Service Award was presented by Jennifer Rodger to Dave Roberts. Dave Roberts is Team Leader in the Operational Department of Moira Shire supervising the upkeep and maintenance of parks and gardens.
With a horticultural background, Dave has a strong sense of ownership and works with the Probus and Garden Clubs and is also a Junior Football Coach.
In Dave's words "Not the most glamour job, but the most rewarding job".

President Chris Sutton.
 President Chris Sutton reported on her very successful year as President of the Rotary Club of Numurkah. Chris thanked members for their support, words of encouragement & guidance.
Chris thanked the club for allowing her the honour of being President of the Numurkah Rotary Club. Chris challenged members, who will one day be asked to do the same, to sat "yes I can". You will get far more out of the experience than you have to put in, as you journey to become a Rotarian, not just go to Rotary.
Chris concluded by saying "We have a club which we can be very proud of. As I pass the reins over to John, I thank him for taking on the role of President 2016-2017 and wish John and his board a great year. May it be an enjoyable year for you and Linda."
