Paul Tozer, principal of the Numurkah Secondary College, was guest speaker at the Rotary Club of Numurkah meeting on 13th July.

Paul gave a powerpoint presentation on Growth Mindset, a program based on the work of Carol Dweck, which Paul is introducing to the school.

How to get better is a Growth Mindset.

Intelligence/Ability is a malleable quality which can be developed.

Growth Mindset forward thinking differs from Fixed Mindset which is stilted and gives up easily.
