PRESENTATION TO FRANK BARBARO

Rotarian Sieg Seiter on behalf of Rotary Clkub of Numurkah presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Frank Barbaro at the meeting on 15th September. Frank constructed The "Numurkah Mob" Memorial to Sieg's specifications. Frank responded by thanking Sieg for giving him the honour to be involved in the project.
