CLUB MEETING 5th DECEMBER 2022

PRESIDENT REX SHIELDS welcomed members and guest Rotarians from the Rotary Club of Nathalia to the Les Lawrence Shield bowls night.

P.P. TERRY BRENNAN:

Terry welcomed Hazel Boschetti, and explained history of the Les Lawrence Shield, named in honour of Rotarian Les Lawrence who died during a social cricket game between the Numurkah and Nathalia Rotary Clubs.

Hazel, the widow of Les Lawrence, will present the shield to the winners tonight.

Garry McNamara and Rex Shield were thanked for the BBQ and desserts, and Alan Rogers for attending the bar.
