An opportunity for some Community Service We have had a late request to assist with supplying our BBQ & one or two members over the course of the morning for a free sausage sizzle out the front of Cherish. Abi the owner is keen to celebrate Father's Day & give back to community. . He has rallied support from the NAB & Meat on Melville & Show Us ya Wheel's Committee, and is sorting out his Council requirements. The request is the use of our BBQ Trailer from 8 30 am till 12 noon. No financial assistance. So we need someone available to transport the BBQ and perhaps over two shifts, having one person to assist. |

An opportunity for Community Service. Our assistance has been request to provide a BBQ lunch for participants doing a "Poker Run" car Rally as part of the Show us Ya Wheels Weekend. A BBQ lunch of sausages and hamburgers to be ready by 1.30 at the Picola Pub. Estimated 50 plus Cars which is of course dependent on the date. |

Rotary Club members will be assisting with preparation of food for catering at the Annual Numurkah Agriculture Show. Assistance is required in two areas on the day. 1.In prepartion & packing of sandwiches/ slices upstairs at Numurkah Club rooms upstairs. Serving sit down lunch - warming, plating food, devonshire tea 2. Sales in Kiosk Serving packaged food, hot and cold drinks. |
