CLUB MEETING 29th NOVEMBER 2021

PRESIDENT GARY PHILLIPS welcomed members to Annual General Meeting.

Minutes of previous AGM 2020 accepted as a true and correct record on motion of Terry Brennan, seconded Jacque Phillips.

Annual Report as presented at handover meeting be accepted moved John Watson seconded Judy McDonald.

Financial Report as presented at handover meeting be accepted moved John Watson seconded Judy McDonald.

Presentation of Club Officers for 2022/2023 by President Elect Rex Shields.

President Elect Rex Shields stated with support of club will guide club out of COVID to a positive year.

Returning officers reported on election of office-bearers and directors, club members were 100% in favour of nominations. Rex Shields as president elect, was humbled by the 100% support of the club.

Approached Primary Schools with offer of end of year award vouchers.

November is Foundation Month. Excellent articles in RDU worth a read.

BBQ in Newman Square this Saturday, commencing at 9am.
Friday 10th December lunch for 110 at tomato producer.
Christmas Breakup 13th December at Rex & Judy's. Meat provided, members to bring a sald or sweet, details later.
