CLUB MEETING 30th NOVEMBER 2020

PRESIDENT JENNIFER RODGER welcomed members and guest Gary McNamara.

• Lions Carol by Candlelight cancelled, Rotary involvement not required. Lions will feature carols at Market on December 19th.
• First meeting of the new year will be annual meeting with the Lions Club. Lions hosting, possible venue will be  Shamrock Hotel'

• Minutes of previous  AGM 2019 adoption moved by Sally Rose, seconded Lorraine Greenwood.
• Presentation of Annual Report. Motion to accept report moved Lorraine Greenwood, seconded Chris Sutton.
• Presentation of Treasurers Report 2019/2020. Moved Jennifer Rodger report be accepted, seconded Allen Canobie.
• Election of office bearers for 2021-2022 by ballot.
