Business breakfast requires assistance to set-up on Thursday at the Town Hall from 3pm tp 6pm. Tables and chairs to be set out and tables set.
Jeff Buzza has tickets available for Rotary members. Rotarians are required to purchase a ticket. On the day wear blue shirts.
Besides manning door require Rotarians to usher ticket holders to their tables, and man three coffee stations.
Numurkah Secondary College students are catering but may need some assistance in serving.
SECRETARY: JENNIFER RODGER:
- Request from Numurkah Primary School to fund bus for Year 6 students to attend Leadership Course.
- Numurkah Secondary College inviting Rotary to lay a wreath.
- Three new Working with Children Checks - 37 members out of 43 now have check.
JULIE ANDREW:
Umoja Orphanage looking for volunteers in August/September.
A container of goods to be sent requires donations such as generators, compressors, keyboards, lawn mowers. wood working tools.
P.P. LOU HAMON:
Very successful show with 54 paintings sold, a record.
Ross Paterson the art judge did not charge a fee.
Thanks to the Art Show Committee members, particularly the new members to the committee Linda Boys as secretary, Judy Newman and Sally Rose craft entry secretaries and Kay Moody raffle coordinator.

Vouchers for Laino's Pizzas, Seiter's Timber & Hardware and Reapers Eyebrow make-over to be auctioned next week.
Sue has reported at this stage, it looks like about $14,500 profit.
P.E. LORRAINE GREENWOOD:
Submission to Shire on Swimming Pool seeking retention of pool with more community involvement to make it a place where people wish to go.
P.P. IVAN ROUTLEY:
4WD Trip was the 14th run by the club and the wettest! Rain put a dampener on the trip. Friday drive in good, Saturday drive up to top for good views except for fog and snow falling at 13,500 m.
40 attended which was a good number.
REX SHIELD:
Community kiosk will be painting interior, then floor followed by installation of roller-doors.
