Jacque Phillips was awarded the Medal for the Order of Australia in the Australia Day Honours List.

Jacque's citation reads "For services to community health in Numurkah".

Jacque has been CEO of Numurkah District Health Service since 2008.

Jacque joined the Rotary Club of Numurkah in 2009.
