GUEST SPEAKERS: Jane Kam and Vanessa Monk

Vanessa Monk from the Numurkah Pre-school and Jane Kam from the Bridie Knight Centre spoke to the Rotary Club on the redevelopment of the Pre-school and Bridie Knight Centre.

Preschool opened in 1962, and Bridie Knight Child Care in 1995, with no update to the buildings since then.

With a governments grant, Moira Shire grants and fundraising by the committee the two services will be combined in the new building.

Have been using temporary premises in the Numurkah Primary School and St Joseph's Primary School for three terms.

The new building will allow for enrollments to grow from 64 to 78 children.
