- Bedrooms will be larger, falls detection technology, dementia intuitive design
- Communal areas include a cafe and community room, personal care room, reflection room, activity room and a family room
- Currently at end of detailed design
- Sep 25 to Dec 25 contractor procurement
- April 26 commencement of construction
- Nov 27 completion of project
- NCN Health are looking for support to purchase a 'cycling without age' electric bike for use for the residents
