The Rotary Club of Numurkah is pleased to announce that Turia Pitt will be guest speaker at a special breakfast meeting on June 11th.

Turia's life was turned upside down when she was trapped by a grassfire in a 100 kilometre ultra-marathon in September 2011, and suffered burns to 65 per cent of her body.
As an Ambassador for Interplast - a charity that provides free reconstructive surgery to people in developing countries, Turia now spends much time as a motivational speaker.
The breakfast meeting will be a fund-raiser for Interplast, and The Rotary Club acknowledges the support of The Bendigo Bank in bringing Turia to Numurkah.
The breakfast will be held in the Numurkah Town Hall on Thursday 11th June from 7.00am to 8.30am.
Cost: $35 Continental Breakfast.
Tickets MUST be pre purchased from Numurkah Community Learning Centre, 43 Melville st., 5862 2249 (cash only).
